Healthy & vegan snacks

Sitting behind my computer working a lot of hours, I love to snack something… anything, might be a better word. Of course chocolate will do the job perfectly, but I tend to eat some light and healthy snacks as well: why not? It helps to strengthen my immune system and I feel light and vitalised after eating them: it really gives me more concentration on the long run (not the short chocolate one ;).

So here are some ideas: carrots with curry humus, cherry tomatoes and cucumber with wasabi, radish with vegan mayonaise and of course my favourites: edamama beans and samphire!
