Two Sattvic recipes with the lovely combination of spinach & samphire.

Cook the spaghetti as described (whole grain). Then..
.. the last 3 min add courgette
.. the last 1 minute add cherry tomatoes and oregano
.. the last second add samphire
Drain the water…
Add oat or another plant based cream, chili flakes, salt & pepper, chives… low fire… and then add some fresh spinach. Stir until nice and smooth.
This way veggies are still crispy and contain a lot of vitamins and life giving energy (prana). Sattvic, light, vegan and yummy!
