I love simple and fast one pot recipes that are still very healthy with a lot of fresh and natural ingredients. When I’m working till late I don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen, but I always want to eat healthy, home cooked, organic and Sattvic food that fits the Yoga Diet. This way I managed to create a whole new light, fast & healthy cooking style. Important is to prepare all your food with inner peace, never in a hurry (energy is food, food is energy, so your own energy enters the food while preparing it).
