I love cooking with just one pot! A one-pot pasta becomes Sattvic if you add the veggies at the end, like the broccoli and courgette in this dish: they cooked just the last minute together with the pasta. This way they stay crispy and contain their prana and vitamins. Then drain the water and add (plantbased) cream, cherry tomatoes, and the herbs. A very quick, delicious and healthy bowl recipe, which becomes even better when served with some grated cheese, fresh basil and rucola!
