After years of soul-searching and almost two decades of experience with coaching, therapy and natural healing for children and adults, I created a whole new holistic way of life coaching to guide you to balance between body, mind and soul. I would like to call it Yoga Therapy. It helps you reach your inner bliss and happiness.

In nine steps I will help you gain control over your inner world, so that you’ll have the tools to walk your own path to your personal and unique dharma. It connects you to whom you really are, deep inside. Your inner energy determines everything: your thoughts, your emotions, your words, your actions, all your experiences and even your physical and mental health. What’s on the inside, you attract on the outside. 

Yoga is an art to balance your inner energy and thus your complete life on all three levels body, mind and soul. Yoga is a lifestyle. It is so much more than what we see on the mat. I will use all kinds of amazing elements of the ancient Science of Yoga like meditation, mantra chanting, pranayama, dance, Ayurvedic energy treatment and the Sattvic lifestyle or Yoga Diet to help you get your own balance back in life. 

We will work on your thoughts and senses with yoga on a deeper level, so that you will create your own strong, authentic personality and beautiful character to help overcome anything in life and to be able to see the challenges of this era in a positive way. You’ll learn to take things in life even-minded, with grace, gratitude and inner peace. It will help you get into the state of samadhi, in between thoughts like during meditation, connected to a higher level of living. 

Yoga Therapy is possible in English, Spanish and Dutch and takes place in Abcoude near by Amsterdam, for individuals (mainly focussed on women) and groups (or teams at work on location). Individual therapy could also be done through Skype or WhatsApp-conversation if you are living abroad. The price will be determined after consultation.
