These lovely petit sweat peppers, I found on the market place. I find them an awesome Sattvic snack, which fits the yoga diet perfectly: raw food is the best you can eat. It contains a lot of the live-giving energy prana.
The goal of eating our food (and of every yoga practice) is to clean our inner energy, and that is possible with pure, natural food, like organic fruits, veggies and fresh water. That makes our food as important as doing asanas, pranayama and meditation.
I filled these paprika’s with soft goat cheese, some spicy chili and a leave of fresh basil. A perfect appetiser with for example some cherry tomatoes and cashew nuts: healthy is fun and delicious! Without the chili it could be a nice snack for the kids too.

Have a lovely Sunday afternoon.
