Bouillon with fresh coriander and celery: made in 5 minutes with 3 ingredients

This bouillon is very easy to make and is super healthy with season vegetables. Heat some good quality organic vegetable broth and when the water cooks add some fresh coriander and slices of a celery stick. Like we’ve seen in the last blog, celery contains a lot of prana and has amazing healing powers, so it is best to let them cook only one minute. That’s it. On the picture you can see it was served with some raw celery leaves on the plate and it came with fresh made organic bread and butter. Sattvic cooking is always simple, fresh and light: that makes this a perfect soup. Light food gives light and positive thoughts which are the base for our emotions and actions. Bon apetit!
