Light, vegan & healthy banana chocolate desert

IMG_2473.jpgThe lightness of this healthy vegan desert, makes it very Sattvic. It fits the Yoga Lifestyle perfectly. It is very easy to make and made of a season fruit, namely banana. Here is what you do.

Blend a couple of bananas with a small amount of hazelnut-milk, cocoa powder and some pealed hemp seed, until you have a nice and creamy pudding. If you like it very sweat, you can add dates. Then pour the pudding into the cups and add some organic chocolate sprinkles.

A lovely healthy desert or snack for these days of festivities and you can make it healthier by adding some fresh fruit like strawberries or pieces of pear.
